Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Payment is required in full at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Your Right to Cancel & Returns

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
