What is Northway, exactly?
Northway is a curated skincare brand. We source, test and select products from established manufacturers — focusing on formulas built around natural actives like Aloe Vera, Green Tea and plant-based ingredients. We don’t manufacture in-house, but we’re deliberate about what we choose to sell and why.
Our role is to find products that genuinely work for common skin concerns — particularly in the UK climate — and present them honestly, without inflated claims.
What makes Northway different from other skincare brands?
We’re selective rather than prolific. A few things we’re deliberate about:
- We only list products we’ve vetted for ingredient quality — no petroleum, parabens, sulphates or synthetic fragrances across the range.
- We don’t overstate results — our product descriptions and FAQs reflect what the ingredients can reasonably do, not what sounds best in an ad.

Are your products genuinely natural, or is this just marketing?
The formulas we carry are free from parabens, sulphates and synthetic fragrances, and are suitable for vegans. We haven’t tested on animals and don’t work with suppliers who do. Every ingredient is listed on the product page — you can look each one up independently.

Ingredients & Safety
Will the Eye Patches irritate sensitive skin?
The formula is free from alcohol, synthetic fragrance and known common irritants. Aloe Vera is generally well-tolerated, including on sensitive skin. That said, everyone’s skin is different — if you’re prone to reactions, we recommend doing a patch test on your inner wrist and waiting 24 hours before applying to the eye area.
Are Northway products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Our formulas don’t contain retinoids, parabens, synthetic fragrances or sulphates — ingredients most commonly flagged during pregnancy. However, we’re not in a position to give medical advice, and individual sensitivities vary. We always recommend checking with your GP or midwife before introducing any new skincare. Email us for a full ingredient list to share with your healthcare provider.
Results & Expectations
How quickly will I notice a difference?
It depends on the product and your skin. Here’s what most customers report:
- Eye Patches: A visible cooling and depuffing effect during the 15-minute application. Under-eyes tend to look fresher and less swollen immediately after. Cumulative improvement with regular use.
- Lip Balm: Noticeable comfort from the first application. Most customers see a visible reduction in cracking within 3–5 days of consistent use.
- Green Tea Mask: Skin typically feels cleaner and looks more refined after the first use. Pore appearance and oil balance tend to improve with regular weekly use over 2–4 weeks.

Will the Eye Patches reduce dark circles?
The patches are primarily designed to address puffiness and dehydration around the eye area — which can make under-eyes look darker and more tired. The hydrating and cooling effect can make the area look more rested and refreshed. However, dark circles caused by genetics, pigmentation or blood vessel visibility are harder to address topically with any product. We’d rather be honest about that than overpromise.

How long will delivery take to my UK address?
We ship all orders with full tracking. Estimated delivery times to the UK:
- Standard delivery: 7–14 business days
- Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland): may take up to 16 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched — usually within 1–2 business days of placing your order. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we’ll look into it straight away.
Why does delivery take that long?
To keep our prices fair and offer free shipping on every order, we work with international logistics partners rather than domestic couriers. This means slightly longer transit times, but every order is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. If you’re ordering for a specific date, we’d recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks in advance to be safe.
How does your 30-Day Guarantee work?
If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at support@northwayskincare.com and we’ll arrange a full refund. We may ask a couple of questions to understand what didn’t work — not to make the process difficult, but because it genuinely helps us improve. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
